1. Order Processing

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not arrange shipment on weekends and public holidays.

2. Delivery Time

Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days after dispatch.

All delivery times are estimated only. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, bad weather or logistics carrier issues.

3. Shipping Fees

Free standard shipping is available for all orders over

$50.

A flat shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout for orders under $50.

4. Customs & Import Charges

Buyers are fully responsible for all import duties, customs taxes and local clearance fees charged by your country’s customs authority. We cannot mark packages as gifts to avoid customs charges.

5. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please contact your local post office first. Reach out to our support team within 15 days after delivery confirmation for follow-up assistance.

6. Damaged Goods on Arrival

If your items arrive broken or defective, please send clear photos of the outer package and damaged products within 7 days of receipt. We will cover all return shipping costs and provide free replacement or full refund.
